I am the 3rd generation from my family to own and operate Marshall Furniture. I returned to the family business in 1993 after graduating from Iowa State University and working for a furniture manufacturer in Tennessee.

My wife Michelle and I have two wonderful kids, Mitchell and Macy. We enjoy any activity that involves being outdoors.

Being an active member of the Washington community is important to me. I served on The Washington County Riverboat Foundation for 11 years.  I have also been involved with Washington Betterment Foundation, Kiwanis and served as a school board member at our Catholic School. Excellent customer service is also important to me. I look forward to serving your furniture and flooring needs.

I started working at Marshall Furniture in the fall of 1987 as a delivery person. I have worked all aspects of the furniture business and in 2000 I became a partner in Marshall Furniture.

My wife, Melissa, and I have two children, Avery & Dalton, who keep us busy. I have lived in Washington my entire life and am a graduate of Washington High School.

At Marshall’s I take care of product ordering and special furniture orders. My 30 years of experience can make your furniture shopping experience easier. From all of us at Marshall Furniture, we hope to help serve all your furniture and flooring needs.

I started working at Marshall Furniture & Flooring in 1994 as a delivery person. I am now part of the sales team as well as handling all product repairs if they are needed.

I grew up in the Keota area on a family farm where I continue to live and farm. My wife, Shannon, is a teacher in the Sigourney school district and is also Director of Religious Education at our local church. We have 4 children; 2 boys, Bryce and Brody, and 2 girls, Karley and Jordyn which keeps us very busy. My hobbies include hunting with my kids and any type of sports.

I joined Marshall’s in 2013 and I thoroughly enjoy working with the rest of the staff to provide the best experience possible to our customers.

My late husband, Chuck, and I raised our 4 sons in the rural Ainsworth area. In my spare time, I like to bake, sew, knit and crochet.

I moved to Washington with my family when I was seven years old so I feel like it’s home. I am the youngest of 4 children, 2 brothers and one sister. After graduating from Washington High School I worked other jobs until a friend told me about the opening at Marshall’s. I began in March 2013. Each day is an adventure working in delivery and warehouse here at Marshall’s because it’s something new every day; new people and new places. In my free time I enjoy fishing and hanging out with my daughter Natalia who will be two in August.

After graduating from Washington High School in 1977, I attended Kirkwood and worked teaching Tae Kwon Do. I moved back to Washington and got a job at Marshall’s doing delivery and repairs from 1978-1988.

I’m proud to be a 50 year member of the local YMCA. I instructed Tae Kwon-Do there for 35 years. I’m a sports junkie and collect sports memorabilia. It’s good to be back at Marshall’s again after 27 years. The staff still makes it a great place to work.
